The NOLS Wilderness Medicine Wilderness First Responder (WFR) training program is a nationally recognized program that trains participants to respond to emergencies in remote settings. The 2-day Hybrid Wilderness First Responder Recertification (Hybrid WFR Recert) course is designed as review and practice of evacuation and decision-making guidelines. The Hybrid WFR Recert Format course includes an online component. Prior to arriving at the course site, you will need to go through materials (readings and videos) and complete the written WFR Recertification test online.
